LumaFonds is an ecosystem, not a single practice, but a shared field in which different forms of work can exist side by side.
Within LumaFonds, different practices exist. They are present where calm, clarity, and responsibility are needed, and act only when the context calls for it.
My name is Jeroen Jongejans, founder of LumaFonds.
I design structured outerwear built for long-term wear. My focus is on material integrity, disciplined proportions and architectural clarity. Each piece is developed with careful attention to construction, balance and durability.
I am based in the Netherlands and work in close collaboration with selected small-scale ateliers in Vietnam. I choose controlled production over mass manufacturing, and quality over speed. There is no dropshipping — every design is developed step by step, with consistency and precision.
To me, quality means weight, structure and honesty in materials. I work with heavy wool blends, genuine leather, structured satin lining, reinforced rib knit and reliable metal hardware such as YKK® zippers. A jacket should feel substantial — visually and physically.
I am building this brand steadily, with full focus on long-term value rather than fast growth. Each release is carefully positioned and produced with intention.
LumaFonds stands for structured calm, material discipline and designs that hold their presence over time.
