1. General

These Terms & Conditions apply to all orders placed through LumaFonds.

 

By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

 

 

2. Products

All products are made to order and produced with care.

Due to the nature of production, slight variations in color, material, or finishing may occur. These are part of the natural production process and are not considered defects.

 

 

3. Pricing

All prices are listed in EUR and include applicable taxes, unless stated otherwise.

LumaFonds reserves the right to adjust pricing. The price applicable at the time of ordering remains valid for that order.

 

 

4. Orders & Payment

An order is considered final upon confirmation of the order.

For individual purchases, this occurs after successful payment.

Production begins after order confirmation.

 

 

5. Production & Delivery

Each item is produced on demand.

Estimated production time is 4–6 weeks, followed by shipping.

Delivery times may vary depending on location and carrier.

 

 

6. Returns & Refunds

Returns are handled in accordance with the Shipping & Returns policy.

For standard sizes, a 14-day return period applies from the date of delivery, provided the item is unused and in original condition.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product has a confirmed defect or issue. In such cases, we cover the return costs.

Personalized items (such as products with names or specific custom adjustments) are non-returnable.

Returns must be requested before sending the item back.

 

 

7. Defects & Issues

If a product arrives with a defect or issue, we will provide an appropriate solution, such as repair, replacement, or refund.

Issues should be reported as soon as possible, preferably within 7 days of delivery, including a short explanation and clear photos.

 

 

8. Use of Products

Products are intended for normal use.

LumaFonds is not responsible for damage resulting from improper use, excessive wear, or lack of care.

 

 

9. Intellectual Property

All designs, concepts, and visual elements remain the property of LumaFonds.

Reproduction, distribution, or use without permission is not permitted.

 

 

10. Liability

LumaFonds is responsible for the quality of the delivered product.

If there is an issue or defect, we will provide an appropriate solution.

LumaFonds is not responsible for damage occurring after use of the product, including damage caused by improper use, wear, or external factors.

Liability is in all cases limited to the value of the purchased product.

 

 

11. Changes

LumaFonds reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time.
