Creative Collaborations
Intro
LumaFonds works with selected creatives on a project basis, focused on clarity, authorship and controlled execution.
Collaborations are developed with respect for individual contribution, while maintaining a consistent direction across the brand.
Scope of collaboration
Creative collaborations may include:
- Visual design and artwork
- Embroidery and graphic development
- Photography and visual content
- Concept development within defined projects
Each collaboration is defined in advance with a clear scope, deliverables and expectations.
Working approach
All collaborations are approached in a structured and step-based manner.
Before any work begins, alignment is established on:
- Concept and direction
- Scope of work
- Timelines
- Method of delivery
Work is developed with attention to detail and consistency, without unnecessary iteration or open-ended processes.
Ownership & usage rights
Unless explicitly agreed otherwise:
- All final designs and outputs created within the collaboration are commissioned for LumaFonds
- Usage rights are transferred for application within the brand and its products
- The original creator may reference the work in a portfolio, unless restricted by agreement
Any deviation from this structure is defined in writing prior to the start of the collaboration.
Standards
Creative output is expected to meet the following standards:
- Alignment with brand direction and proportions
- Technical suitability for production
- Consistency across applications
- Readiness for execution without reinterpretation
Collaboration criteria
We work with creatives who understand:
- Structure over improvisation
- Clarity over assumption
- Execution over concept alone
Collaborations are not open-ended and are always developed with a defined outcome.
