Creative Collaborations
Developed through alignment.
Executed with clarity.
Overview
We collaborate with a limited number of creative professionals whose work aligns with the structure and direction of LumaFonds. These collaborations are defined and not open-ended.
Each project is defined, developed, and executed with a clear objective.
Working method
All collaborations are approached in a structured and step-by-step manner.
Before any work begins, alignment is established on:
- Concept and direction
- Scope of work
- Timeline
- Delivery format
Each project is developed with attention to detail and consistency, without unnecessary iterations or undefined processes.
Ownership & usage rights
Ownership and usage are defined clearly before the start of each collaboration.
Two structures apply:
- Commissioned work — when work is created specifically for LumaFonds, ownership is transferred to LumaFonds upon completion, unless agreed otherwise
- Independent collaboration — when a creator brings their own work, the creator retains ownership, and LumaFonds receives defined usage rights for application within the brand
In both cases:
- Usage rights and scope are agreed in advance
- The creator may reference the work in their portfolio, unless restricted by agreement
- All agreements are documented before production begins
Creative standards
Creative output is expected to meet the following standards:
- Alignment with brand direction and proportions
- Technical suitability for production
- Consistency across applications
- Ready for execution without reinterpretation
Collaboration criteria
We work with creatives who understand:
- Structure over improvisation
- Clarity over assumptions
- Execution over concept alone
Collaborations are always developed with a defined outcome.
Expectations
We expect:
- Clear communication
- Respect for structure and process
- Consistency in delivery and execution
Working with LumaFonds
LumaFonds works from structure, not from outsourced foundations.
This means collaborations are not built on external dependency, but on clear alignment and defined roles.
We do not integrate external systems, tools, or operational control into the core of LumaFonds. All collaboration exists within a framework that protects clarity, consistency, and long-term direction. External input is valued when it strengthens the structure — not when it replaces it.
If your contribution is based on clarity, ownership, and respect for process, there is space to collaborate.
If not, we don’t force it.
Process
If you are interested in collaborating with LumaFonds, please send:
- A short introduction
- Relevant work or portfolio
- Your approach or idea for collaboration
All requests are reviewed carefully.
If there is alignment, we continue.
