Production typically takes 4–6 weeks before shipment.
Once your order is ready, it is shipped with track & trace, so you can follow its journey.
For selected orders, signature delivery may be used to ensure safe arrival.
We do not rush production.

Returns
We offer a 30-day return window from the moment your order is delivered.
Returned items must be:
- unworn
- in original condition
- handled with care
Custom & Made-to-Order Pieces
Each LumaFonds piece is produced specifically for the individual who orders it.
Because of this, custom or personalized items cannot be returned or exchanged, unless there is a clear issue with the product itself.
This includes:
- production defects
- material faults
- construction issues
